My name is Butch Joyner. l was the Rim Golf Club's original "On Site" salesperson beginning in June of 1996. None of the infrastructure, roads, water, sewer, etc, were in place. The golf course was routed on the topography maps by Jay Moorish, but the property was still all forest. Within 6 months I was instrumental in raising 16 million dollars to build the golf course and commence the construction of the infrastructure we have today. I named all the streets in The Rim Golf Club and have sold well in excess of two thirds of the property. I am by far the most knowledgeable person regarding the two gotf communities.
